JPosture

I speak English, French, German, and Italian with fluency and ease.

Currently learning Swedish.

Far from shying away from any challenge, I tackle them head-on—with out-of-the-box thinking and an open mind. Whether in the arts or technology, I see no limitations to an idea—only opportunities to conquer obstacles creatively and collaboratively. Perhaps that’s why some of my colleagues at MIT started calling me “R.M.” (Renaissance Man).

I’m not looking for a dream job—I’m looking for a dream team: a group of driven, like-minded individuals ready to take on any challenge in the pursuit of rehabilitation and real-world impact. For me, no job is too small or too great when it contributes to a shared mission. I’ll gladly roll up my sleeves for any task that helps move the vision forward—be it technical, creative, or logistical.

I’m seeking an opportunity to contribute my diverse range of technical and creative abilities, alongside a deep dedication to improving lives through accessible technology. If your team values innovation, collaboration, and heart—I’d be honoured to be part of it.

I am a self-taught creator with a deep passion and understanding of biomechanics, electrical engineering, and rehabilitation technologies—and I’m now looking for an opportunity to apply these skills professionally.

Drawing from personal experience and unwavering determination, I have developed proven, innovative solutions that support rehabilitation and improve recovery. My creativity spans disciplines—from electronics and biomechanics to rehabilitation, as well as the arts—reflecting a diverse range of technical and creative abilities, as well as my commitment to creating accessible, purpose-driven technologies that enhance people’s lives. I’m excited to bring this energy and experience to a team working at the intersection of technology and human well-being.

This piece was published exactly 30 years ago. Even back then I dared to address the delicate matter of a baby elephant in the room. And now just look, a mere 30 years later, it's all grown-up and ginormous...stomping around in our little china shop...
